As our Travel Administrator you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating travel, transportation, and accommodation for employees.

Because of the unpredictable nature of the transportation industry and the complex task of coordinating employee schedules with business deadlines, a Travel Administrator should be an exceptional organizer, communicator, multi-tasker and problem-solver.

You will also be responsible for making reports, accounting records, and reconciling invoices VS system expenses.


You will bring:

  • 3 years of Proven work experience as a Travel Administrator in a travel department of a corporation or a travel agency
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables are a must have)
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Troubleshooting skills with an effective customerservice orientation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate English
