Quality Manager
, Puebla - Pue - Bilingual.

Leading company in the development and manufacture of high-tech tools and equipment for the automotive sector.

Requirements.
-
Advanced English. Verifiable C1.
-
Experience in the position of Quality Manager
of 5 years.
-
Experience in metal mechanical companies.
-
Training as Mechatronics Engineer, Mechanic, Administration, Industrial, Logistics, Projects.

Experience in metal-mechanic or automotive companies:

Expert in the implementation, maintenance, and audit of Management Systems for Manufacturing, Quality, and Environmental (IATF 16949:2016 e ISO 4001:2015).

Supplier development in launches and monitoring of corrective actions, commodities: electrical components, gaskets, metals and plastics parts.

Experience in new product launches, using APQP automotive industry requirements and specific customer requirements.

Knowledge of CCC and CTPAT certification, and other standards such as 19011, 17025, 45001 and 50001.
-
Certified in-house instructor, designer, and developer of courses for in-house training on quality topics (VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, AITF 16949), environment, six sigma green belt, and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
-
Design and review specifications for products or processes
-
Establish requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor compliance with them
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and legal obligations
-
Supervise inspectors, technicians and other workers, as well as provide them with guidance and feedback
-
Monitor all product development procedures to identify non-compliance with quality standards
-
Inspect the final product and compare properties with requirements
-
Approve suitable products or reject defective products
-
Maintain documentation accuracy and perform statistical analysis
-
Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are being met
-
Send detailed reports to appropriate management personnel
-
Be aware of opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures

Working conditions

Salary $50,000 per month.
