WHAT TO EXPECT

Located in our Santa Fe office, you will aid in the development, commercialization and ongoing support of apps to be used globally by industrial and automotive end customers.

You will be responsible for validation, implementation, as well as troubleshooting with customers and Field Sales.

Key responsibilities

Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful input and feedback related to the apps.
Execute detailed, comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases to support technology identification and implementation
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Identify, record, document, and track bugs/fixes/updates
Establish, monitor and address issues through rootcause, utilizing Quality Assurance metrics
Lead the problemsolving process through rootcause resolution
Advocate as the Voice of the Customer by collecting and acting upon endcustomer data
Provide reporting and assessment of collected qualitative and quantitative data
Support customer setup and troubleshooting, both in testing and installed use cases
Maintain close interaction with stakeholders
Stay uptodate with new testing tools and test strategies

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's Degree Earned

years of experience with apps, software, methodologies, tools, processes, and various stages of software quality assurance including configuration, performance testing, requirements analysis, test planning, reporting/control and root cause analysis; apps test development and software testing, particularly using automated testing tools and developing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases with the ability to design tests and test software, quickly and effectively

English fluent, ability to communicate effectively to present ideas and concepts in English

Organized and processoriented individual with ability to maintain excellent process/testing/build release documentation and reports.
Effective working in a team environment with mínimal supervision
Experience with performance and/or security testing
Experience working in a global environment
Experience in a customerfacing environment
