Responsibilities

• Provides complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, leveraging a deep understanding of the business to determine optimal approaches for goal achievement.
• Collaborates with business leaders to steer and influence strategic decision-making within a wide scope.
• Forecasts financial outcomes broadly.
• Leads business initiatives, often overseeing analysts across various finance sub-functions.
• Identifies chances for process enhancement and policy formation, actively participating in the design.
• Represents the business unit in cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
• Offers mentorship and guidance to analysts.

Education and Experience Required

• First-level university degree with a specialization in accounting certifications or a business administration degree (e.g., CPA, MBA) is preferred.
• Typically possesses 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst or accounting lead.
• Usually experienced in more than one finance function.

Knowledge and Skills

• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one domain.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in business applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
