Job contributions and key responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Provide strategic direction and staffing/sourcing expertise, and develop and manage recruiting initiatives, policies, practices, and activities to acquire the best talent available.
  • Enhance and standardize the hiring process, establish department and recruiter metrics/scorecards, and build robust reporting capability that allows the team to diagnose and solve challenges.
  • Utilize sound methodology to define existing and needed processes; determine efficiencies and how to integrate best practices and technology.
  • Develop recruiting strategies and programs to ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent to fill positions at all levels in the organization.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to understand business needs and for ongoing benchmarking and review.
Talent Acquisition Process

  • Manage and admin the life cycle of the selection process
  • Coordinate to create the new positions in HCM System, access to the new employees, role assignments, etc.
  • Assure the complete file for the new employee according to the labor law existing in the country.
Operational Center of Recruitment

  • Take a lead role in the management and maintenance of recruitment components of our Oracle HCM system
  • Coordinate to create the new positions in HCM System, access to the new employees, role assignments, etc.
  • Identify and negotiate contracts with external recruiting, technology, and vendors that support the hiring and onboarding process.
Data Analysis

  • Use data and analytics to make decisions on talent acquisition practices, ensuring fast and efficient execution with a competitive posture of programs and policies, as well as a consistence and homologate processes between countries and Zones.
  • Utilize benchmarking and trend analysis to help identify any Talent acquisition issues, such a regulatory changes, proposing solutions and documenting agreements for communications to the stakeholders.
Branding, retention, and internal programs

  • Manage employee brand Ambassador Program.
  • Manage Employee Referral Program
  • Utilize data reporting to manage performance and meet internal customers' needs.
  • Provide direction to and expand acquisition programs for corporate headquarters and regional districts in Mexico and United States, including fulltime, parttime, temporary, internships, college recruiting, and internal transfers.
  • Using social media to drive increased numbers of recruits and to communicate our brand and message.
  • All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, skills and abilities:


  • Demonstrated leadership of high performing teams of recruiters and coordinators, both direct and indirect strongly preferred.
  • Experience in design, development, and implementation of successful internship and feeder programs.
  • Team Management.
  • Talent Attraction strategies
  • Experience in an agricultural or manufacturing environment preferred.

Education Level:
Bachelors in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experiences; Master's degree preferred.
