SUMMARY
**RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist System Administrators and Programmers. Provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Account management, file system/permissions troubleshooting. Administers and manages the Windows Active Directory and Windows Server services.
  • Document processes and procedures. Develops work knowledge.
  • Develop, test, implement and troubleshoot systems infrastructure enhancements. Assists in infrastructure planning and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot Operating System problems and performance tuning on multiple platforms
  • Performs special projects as directed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Level of

Formal Education:
An Associate's degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program.

  • Area of Study:Computer Science or programming. Hardware, software, networking, system administration
  • Years of Experience:Two to three years.
  • Type of Experience:Experience in technical support, system administration
  • Special Certifications or

Technical Skills:
Fluent in Spanish & technical English.

  • Other/Preferred:Strong analytical skills, project management, customer service.
