What success looks like in this role:

Role Purpose:

Works on problems of limited scope, through usage of standard programming concepts and principles. Works under high supervision/ guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives. Requires theoretical knowledge of programming languages. Expected to learn on the job towards developing domain knowledge along with technical/ proprietary skills.

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:

Under direct supervision, applies engineering methods and techniques to the integration, qualification and/or support or products and tools within one or more limited but developing areas of expertise.
Functions as an escalation point for welldefined incidents and basic problems.
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Works cooperatively as a member of a team under the direction of the project team leader or manager.
While the primary schedule will be first shift, may be required to work a flexible schedule with pay as needed.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Requires a Bachelor's and related work experience.
ServiceNow experience using or administering, Field Services Management preferred. Advanced Spreadsheet user experience, database experience is a plus.
