    Descripción del empleoQuienes somos Empresa mexicana líder en soluciones logísticas, está en búsqueda de tu talento como Auxiliar Administrativo.

    Somos una empresa de giro logístico, nuestros principales clientes son:
    PURINA, UNILEVER, P&G, WALMART Y AMAZON. Con presencia en más de 9 estados de la república mexicana.-
    (MUY IMPORTANTE YA RADICAR EN QUERETARO)_
    ACTIVIDADES:
    • Organizar, archivar y mantener documentos físicos y electrónicos. Esto implica la creación de archivos, registros y bases de datos.
    • Brindar información básica y direccionar las consultas o requerimientos al departamento correspondiente.
    • Coordinar citas, reuniones y eventos para el personal de la empresa. Esto implica utilizar software de gestión de calendario y comunicarse con diferentes departamentos para programar actividades.
    • Contactar a los colaboradores afectados de manera inmediata para ofrecer apoyo y recopilar información adicional sobre la situación.
    • Proporcionar información inicial sobre los pasos a seguir y los plazos estimados para la resolución.
