The Lead IT Testing is responsible for providing leadership in the testing space, devising strategies and frameworks that align with the company's digital commerce goals while ensuring top-notch software quality

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, developers to understand new features and create comprehensive test plans.
Define, design, and implement automation testing strategies and frameworks.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts ensuring broad coverage and repeatability.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality assurance.
Regularly review and report on software quality, identifying trends and areas of concern.

Required Profile:

Deep understanding of testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Direct-ToConsumer ecommerce platforms (like Magento and Shopify)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integration of testing into these pipelines.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Expertise in popular testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects and products in an Agile environment.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of e-commerce programming tools & languages (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
