Your mission at :
Reporting to the Global Head of Financial Planning, Analysis & Consolidation, you will be responsible for the consolidation process of our subsidiaries (Mexico, Kenya, India, Colombia).
You'll be in charge of:
- Leading the Monthly Consolidation Process in our subsidiaries with a Senior Financial Analyst as a partner and under the supervision of the Global Head of Financial Planning, Analysis & Consolidation.
- Working on the organization structure, transferring pricing policy, new projects to analyzing tax and accounting impacts with the assistance of external consultants
- Defining clear financial processes and accounting guidelines
- Implementing the Internal Control System within the organization
- Participating in the implementation of an FP&A and consolidation tool to automate reporting from our subsidiaries ERP (SAP B1 and Quickbooks)
More about YOU:
- You hold a Licenciatura en Contabilidad (Bachelors in Accounting), CPA is a plus.
- You have over 4 years of experience in consolidation or audit of consolidated financial accounts.
- You can work autonomously and take responsibility and ownership of projects.
- You are rigorous and have strong attention to detail and are well organized.
- You are a good communicator and have strong interpersonal, writing skills
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
- You are able to work with a multicultural team.
