Your skills:
3+ years of experience as an L2 Technician
Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills
Ability to perform complex troubleshooting of networked devices
Great communication skills in English

Your Tasks:

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team.

As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

Running diagnostics, troubleshooting errors and replacing hardware
Installation, support and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems and network equipment
Maintenance of data center hardware at various customer sites
Perform On-Site Break / Fix repair services.
Experience on ISS Proliant Servers, 3par storage, and Aruba networking
Strong Customer Facing skills as well as the ability to work independantly with good communication skills and positive attitude
