Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


Supply Chain Finance Site Analyst is responsible for the analysis and reporting of SWE Plants finance performance, their role will support the Supply Chain Finance SWE Leader to control and navigate supply chain COGS providing visibility of production volume by site, materials consumption and fix and variable cost.


Supply Chain Finance Site Analyst will support categories Make analyst in PL profitability analysis by ensuring the proper allocation of costs by brand and sales channel supporting decision making and contribute to financial planning and forecasting.


  • Report on the financial closure and forecast of sites (plants), ensuring accurate cost allocation by SKUs and fixed and variable MOH.
  • Leverage granular detail that TM1 carries, designing and rolling out fit for purpose reports that drive performance analytics and decision making Subject Matter Expert to provide insightful analytics and recommendations to Supply Chain teams to drive business decisions.
  • Identify areas for harmonization and improvement across plants in SWE.
  • Participate in the annual AOP process, supporting COGS category analysts in the preparation of cost cards and making Opex running system flows necessary to project future year costs.
  • The scope of other Europe BUs is managed by other teams most of them in KBS, moving to HBS by end of June. These teams have completely different structures, levels, etc. Depending on the complexity and needs of each BU. This role is related just to SWE SCF.

Your Impact
As SC Finance Sr.

Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Report the financial closure and forecast of sites (plants), ensuring accurate cost allocation by SKUs and fixed and variable MOH.
  • Prepare the closure and forecast of plants in TM1, ensuring that Site Cube is reported according to the schedule and with validated data.
  • Validation of Data in Site COGS Cockpit 2.0 Reports, TM1 vs Cockpit report reconciliation.
  • Analyze and report incidents logged during the closure and forecast period in TM
  • Propose and implement manual cost allocations to enhance profitability analysis.
  • Identify areas for harmonization and improvement in cost allocations by brand, pack type and channel.
  • Identify areas for harmonization and improvement across plants in SWE.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Advanced Excel user is a must.
  • Good commercial / strategic / analytical skills and understanding of business drivers; analysis of P&L.

  • Ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines.
