Position Summary

  • The Product Owner (PO) is an agile team member who is responsible for the life and roadmap of a specific set of tools that require high availability, continuous improvement, opportunities for user efficiency, and data integrity.
  • The PO will maximize the value delivered by the team and ensure that the Backlog is aligned with the needs of customers and stakeholders.
  • As a member of the expanded Product Management function, the PO is the team's primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. This allows the team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while the Solution continually evolves.
  • The product owner is fully integrated with business analysts, software developers, and the business line; Together, they ensure that product strategy and implementation remain connected across the value stream.

Key Responsibility:


  • The responsibility of prioritizing work items into a measurable and achievable tool creates a schedule that delivers maximum value from products.
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders (business and technical) to develop a change roadmap that aligns with both corporate objectives and demonstrates a forwardthinking approach.
  • Work in an agile environment and continually review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones, deliverables and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ability to manage negotiations between multiple parties to clearly communicate the product strategy and future plan.
  • Translate product roadmap features into welldefined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance testing criteria.
  • Partners with product stakeholders to define the user experience.
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance after launch to evaluate future investments.
  • Proactively explore industry trends and technology advancements to identify new and leading solutions that will have a significant impact on achieving business objectives.
  • He is a partner of the Business Analyst in all meetings, plans, documents and work products. Supports the needs and feedback of the software developer.
  • Extensive work experience as a product owner, project manager and change management advocate.
  • Previous working knowledge of intermediateadvanced work with JIRA, implementing workflows, approval levels, KPIs and reporting results.
  • Excellent communication skills both to lead discussions and generate work results. Able to communicate in technical and easytouse language.
  • Time management skills You work quickly but thoroughly, take no shortcuts, and strive to deliver beyond expectations.
  • Strong motivation, commitment, proactive and positive attitude, entrepreneur.
  • University degree/university diploma in business analysis, project management/IT project management or relevant business education
  • Exposure and experience in using project management software and standards: MS Project, Asana, Gantt charts, Visio, etc.
  • Experience in an agile development environment is considered essential.
  • If you want SCRUM certification or training, preference will be given to certified SCRUM masters or SCRUM Product owners.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively at all levels and functions internally and with third parties.
