The Role:

Be Responsible for the administrative aspect of each study and provide assistance to the Project Manager.

Assist with the development of project specific Procedure Manual
Assist with Project Reports
Assists Project Managers with agendas and meeting minutes as required
Management of Study Centres for study supplies/outstanding data
Quality Control of Offsite Assessments/Blinded Reads
Updates and maintains Study Files including enrolment logs and data status
Maintains inventories of study supplies
Assists with scheduling of site Imaging manual trainings

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Advanced level of English (Written and Spoken)
Good organization skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
Strong administrative and office skills
Experience with constant reporting
Clinical Experience is a plus
