Description:

The Key Account Manager Marketplace has direct responsibility for key customer relations. This role will report directly to the Sales Manager/Regional Business Manager.

This individual will be accountable for achieving sales targets, maximizing and improving retail space and locations, and handling administrative duties of the position.

This individual is responsible for maintaining and growing existing relationships with key retailers and partners.

The Key Account Manager is the point person for all aspects of the customer relations and sales process.

This individual must be an expert on the vendor's brand and product line and be familiar with competitive products, industry trends, and retail environment.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Successfully build, manage, develop, review and deliver the daily/weekly/monthly business strategy, meeting company targets for all available product categories
  • Manage the relationship and daily business operations with our marketplace partners (Mercado Libre among others)
  • Responsible for the turnover (sellin and sellout) of some of the managed ecommerce accounts
  • Responsible for being the best ambassador to our brands ecosystem, always prioritizing strengthening brand image and positioning in the market
  • Ensure frictionless product flow to reach quarterly and annually company's revenue plan
  • Identify and implement growth opportunity among partners 'portfolio
  • Catalyst of all resources needed to deliver expected targets for designated accounts. Working closely with client digital teams for each brand as well as the marketplace merchandiser and marketplace marketing manager especially

Requirements:


  • 5+ years' experience in account management in ecommerce
  • Business School or similar degree
  • Conversational Spanish and English level
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills with indepth knowledge of Office, particularly Excel
  • Commercially minded and business savvy
  • Detail oriented, proactive, dynamic and well organized with a capacity to adapt to a fastmoving environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • A real passion for our brands
  • Good team player and ability to work on your own with high levels of motivation
