Responsibilities

Responsible of the data model for Issue Management.
Responsible to automate the Issue Management data cycle.
This role is responsible of using the best data visualization methods and tools available.
Monitor, reconcile and challenge scorecard data & Issue Management performance metrics of different data sources globally, regionally and locally & escalates inconsistencies accordingly until resolution.
This role is responsible of global, regional and local Senior Leadership reports.
Produces and publishes issue management metrics for regional Senior Leadership on a quarterly, monthly, biweekly, weekly or adhoc requirements.
Acts as SME & liaison with global partners on issue management metrics.
Keeps abreast of the organization's operational processes through participation in global forums, transformation meetings or UAT testing.
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Manage and drive the incident management process from Start to Finish.

Qualifications

Proficient in SAS software / SQL programming
Proficient in PowerBI and other BI data visualization tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Proficient in IBM Cognos (preferable)
High attention to detail and quality
Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective planning and organizational skills
Experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance
Ability to present a compelling case for ideas and initiatives through listening and articulating a convincing point of view
