The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a IT Product Lead focus in helping our LATAM Digital Services organization in defining and implementing a Communication framework for our team and Stakeholders, manage our overall budget and keep healthy our financials, Lead our Privacy program across LATAM, Co-create with a multifunctional team strategy around Training and upskilling our organization and help our Enabling Functions like Technical, HR and other managing projects and initiatives leveraging our Network and global / regional capabilities or services.


What You'll Do for Us

  • In partnership with our Global Finance team, keep tracking from and End to End our LATAM DS Financials, being able to report our LATAM DS VP overall status, health, risks and mitigation activities.
  • Define, design and implement a Communication Framework across our LATAM DS Community leveraging global solutions and aligning with our extended DS teams. The objective is to keep informed our DS Community about the results and deliverables the team is doing across the year, engage with our business around those and ensure our objectives are being achieved collectively.
  • In partnership with a multifunctional team that includes Legal Services globally and LATAM Business Stakeholders, this role will be leading the Privacy capability from a Digital standpoint keeping all teams connected, providing guide when Technology and Standards are included and keep our OU Business stakeholders engaged in the End to End process.
  • Cocreate with our LATAM DS Leads a training program that will help our organization to keep evolving and upskilling our associates in Soft and Technical Skills.
  • Manage small / medium projects for Enabling Functions (HR, PAC, Technical) and provide the support, the guidance around Digital assets or new Technology capabilities are required and ensure the work is following best practices, cybersecurity and Technology standards.
  • Have people management skills to manage a Business Analyst role, provide career growth through clear objectives/deliverables.
  • Manage 3rd party vendors' strategy across LATAM DS organization and define and implement a standard process to measure, manage and track our roaster of vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years in delivering IT solutions for a global consumer goods business with the ability to create and maintain standard project deliverables for multiple projects such as: technical product specifications, requirements backlogs, process flows, wireframes, mockups, timelines, project plan, etc.
  • Experience in business process reengineering and standardizing business processes across entities.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize business needs and allocate resources by appropriately balancing internal capabilities with external consultants is essential.
  • Beyond technical knowledge, outstanding communications skills and Agile methodologies with a collaborative, teambased leadership style.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working crossfunctionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services
  • Resultsorientated leadership with strong negotiation, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus building experience.
  • Strong financial management to keep our LATAM DS organization healthy E2E and being able to connect with Finance teams around the topic and manage concepts and processes.
