Review and analysis of construction contractor Level 4 Schedules (Primavera P6 and TILOS).
Provide input to updating Level 5 Integrated Schedule construction activities
Tracks quantities installed on a daily basis, tracking install rates and pipeline construction progress
Update 4D progress measurement tool on a weekly basis
Develop weekly report with analysis of schedule and progress
Reviewing monthly progress reports from contractors for accuracy and reasonableness
Providing inputs to a monthly scorecard and stage gate updates along with the monthly schedule reports
Attending contractor meetings, as required
Identifying potential Project slippages and working with the CM or PM to identify recovery opportunities
Responding to ad hoc requests, analysis and inquiries, as required
At least 5 years of experience in the management of major projects.
Primavera management
4D management
Ideally: TILOS software competencies
Englishe leve: Intermediate to Advanced
Note: Work location will be Mexico City with availability to relocate to site if needed.
