What you'll do for us:

Drive the growth and development of the traditional trade business by identifying and seizing market opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform decisions and drive the business forward.

Monitor and manage the performance of the traditional trade in south region to ensure financial goals and KPIs are met or exceeded.

Build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community leaders. Foster an environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving growth.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Ability to travel as required to support business needs.
