WE ARE LOOKING FOR
MARKETING ASSISTANT
Requirements:
Minimum experience of 1 year in Marketing in agencies or departments of Assistant General Manager.
Management of agenda and staff calendar.
Basic knowledge of Public Relations.
Attention to detail, proactive, excellent writing, assertive communication orally and in writing.
Monitoring of partner activities.
Maintain contact with suppliers.
Expense Management.
Management of personal and work agenda of general management.
Intermediate English.
Activities
Agenda follow-up.
Monitoring of expenses and suppliers.
Billing.
Follow each of the partners.
Control of fixed expenses and accounts payable.
Skills
Teamwork,
Communication,
Good spelling and writing Experience in dealing with customer,
service oriented and problem solving.
