Minimum qualifications:


  • 12 years of experience as a Human Resource partner or working with leaders.
  • Experience in Human Resource in organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation/rewards, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, or employee relations.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:


  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Ability to work within constraints and participate in complex strategy discussions.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with executive leaders and a variety of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
  • Excellent investigative and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.

You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide insightful data to guide decisionmaking and provide proactive solutions. Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and peoplerelated strategy and execution.
  • Consult with Google's leaders to create a comprehensive plan to create lasting change over large functions at Google.
  • Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines. Solve problems and get to the root cause of issues.
  • Provide expertise in the following areas such as career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
  • Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health, recognize when data will assist in making informed decisions, and interpret complex analyses and tie analyses back to business priorities.
