The Contac Center Operator is a representative responsible for taking orders for money transfers, bill payments, and answering customer inquiries related to general information about products, locations, exchange rates, and prices over the phone.

They are responsible for satisfying customer expectations and maintaining a positive image for the company.

Call Center operators form the foundation of the Operations department with opportunities for promotion within this or other departments of the company.


  • Support and provide service via telephone.
  • Utilize listening skills and telephone etiquette that support.
  • Handle phone transactions for money transfers, bill payments, and telephone topups, and provide adequate information.
  • Use an effective approach to handle telephone tasks.
  • Understand the impact of attitude on handling calls professionally.
  • Effectively manage job stress and handle situations with upset customers.
  • Hours of work: Looking for someone with schedule flexibility. Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
  • Overtime expectations: Willingness to support the operation with overtime as required.
  • Work environment: 100% officebased work.
  • Respond to telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Excellent language skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer research skills.
  • Practice managing difficult calls, particularly with upset customers.
