Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred experience in collections or sales. An understanding of negotiation techniques and customer engagement strategies. Strong active listening skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Familiarity with using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management.

Compensation and Benefits:
Gross Monthly Salary: 16,000
Mexican Pesos Grocery Vouchers: 1,600
Mexican Pesos Attendance Bonus: 1,500 Mexican Pesos per month

Work Schedule: 10-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks) 2 Days off a week

Service Window:
Monday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM (10-hour shifts are assigned within this range)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Collections Representative to join our Wave 1 campaign for 1st party soft collections.

As a Collections Representative, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for managing overdue accounts while maintaining a positive and professional customer experience.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a background in customer service and, preferably, experience in collections or sales.

Pay:
$16, $20,001.00 per month
