Opportunity


This role is responsible for executing the E2E TA process for open roles that give service to LATAM, FLNA, PBNA, and PFNA roles that are transitioning to MBS through active search and screening leveraging technology and TA platforms while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed, be the point of contact with the Hiring Managers and Interviewers to set expectations, report statuses and get the new hires through their onboarding to PepsiCo.


Your Impact
As Talent Acq Associate Analyst your functions would consist of

  • Ensure correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand talent market (nonpay related)
  • Manage escalation and takes ownwrship for ultimate issues resolution
  • Ensure deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement
  • Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements
  • Proactively develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction with a focus on processes
  • Represent technical, functional and customer perspective when taking decisions: Database requirements, integration of systems, internal clients and the broader shared services organization
  • Drive a quality focused agenda to ensure that data quality and metrics are key deliverables for all reporting and transactions
  • Deep understanding with Design Leads and Hiring Managers to determine position requirements
  • Participate in Intake Meeting with Hiring Manager from the business and Hiring Manager from GBS to align profile requirements.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs in critical or specific roles
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and ensure good customer service

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related
  • Recent graduates with internship experience or 1 year experience as TA Analyst, HR, Recruiting, or prior functional applicable experience, among others
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, with experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings), familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, such as Kenexa)
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills, desirable French and Brazilian portuguese
  • Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills to influence decision making
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
