Job Title:

Coordinator, Safety

Position Purpose

Provide support to the CAT LP Security Supervisor in activities related to fails of security equipment as Safes, CCTV, alarm, EAS systems, in Stores, CAT, CD, CRATs, as well as keep in order all registers used to control fail expenses, provide assistance to costumers that requires a solution to fix equipment fails, follow up the reports assigned to the different vendors until the fails are repaired and report every incident to the CAT LP Security Supervisor.

Primary Accountabilities

Contact costumers to provide advises to fix fails.
Connect into stores CCTV systems to detect unreported fails and provide solution.
Receive Safes, alarm, EAS and CCTV reports.
Follow up each report until fail is repair it.
Register all the information related to each fail repair.
Send the exact vendor to repair security equipment fails.
Revision of invoices against reports.
Revision of videos of incidents in stores.

Education & Experience

Level of Formal Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.

Years of Experience:
Two to three years.

Type of Experience:
CCTV monitoring experience, moderate computer skills,

Special Certifications or Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint preferred.

Other/Preferred:
Excellent communication skills and neatly dressed.
