CONTRACT MANAGER
5+ years' experience drafting, negotiating and managing a variety of contract relating to Information Technology Outsourcing contracts (e.g. Managed Services, ITO)
Must be proficient in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & simple Excel)
Strong commercial and business acumen and "coming up with new answers"
Ability to train people and share in his/her expertise in a user friendly manner

Good understanding of contracting issues, regulations and terms and conditions, preferably relating to Information Technology Outsourcing, Managed Services and/or Systems Integration contracts.

Business focus, solution and problem solving oriented, and ability to assess contractual topics in ways to improve contracts' productivity
Strong written correspondence skills
Experience in contract risks management
Some experience with negotiations including dispute management
Ability to set-up, to document and to deploy contract management processes (as defined by Atos Group) in coordination with the operational teams in a global and international environment
Ability to forge and maintain good relationships both internally and with the customer and able to work well as part of a team but also independently
