    Your role at Baxter

    This is where my expertise drives business innovation

    The IT Specialist (ERP Third Party Software) owns the configuration, management and maintenance of crucial third-party software that works with Baxter's ERP solutions. This includes testing and documentation of solutions developed by the team, providing system level support as well as assisting in the patching and upgrading of the third-party software. Requires the ability to work effectively on independent projects, in cooperation with a variety of collaborators and other technical engineers across regions.

    What you'll be doing

  • Management/support of third-party solutions globally.DCLINK, Createforms, Snappay, Parcel, Therefore Archives, Cannon capture
  • Document, automate and train teams on new solutions
  • Coordination with Database, functional and technical support teams across the globe
  • Learn and implement new technology quickly
  • Investigate post-implementation problems and initiate solutions
  • Align with security and governance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, Developers and other collaborators.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies

    • What you'll bring

  • Engineering Graduate
  • Linux and Windows operating system expertise
  • Cloud Experience is nice to have:AWS Cloud Certification (Preferred not required)
  • Background (exposure to):DCLINK, Createforms, Snappay, Parcel, Therefore Archives, Cannon capture
  • 3 plus years of experience with support of critical systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and prioritize internal requests
  • Phenomenal teammate, able to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities
  • Must have strong English language skills and be comfortable conversing in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
