The role is to provide accurate assistance and communication during incident events and through daily operation as regards with GPS Products, through a compelling and positive customer experience
Functions
The role holder will oversee these key activities.
- Analyze issues raised by clients regarding GPS products and manage with stakeholder until final resolution.
- Communicate any incident regarding GPS products which cause a disruption of the services for the clients.
- Provide assistance to the stakeholders regarding GPS Products capabilities.
- Support role responsible for providing assistance to clients when any incident regarding GPS product may affect clients daily operation.
- Contact local or global IT Teams to resolve the issues about GPS products.
- Have open communication with GPS Teams, IT and Operations in the benefit of client experience during any issue.
