Intermediate HIL tester

Job Summary:

What You Will Do:

TesterHiL Testing:

Support the automated testing initiative in HiL, using Teststand, Veristand, National Instruments tools, perform daily regression test runs, review results, and confirm final automated results Test analysis of programs and sequences of new electric cars, looking for and solving issues with the root causes, using Ford programs and platforms online as Jira.

Also will support improvement assignments to accelerate test execution, reduce HiL Test setup timing and increase automation rates. Going to GTBC 2 days per week or when the teams need it.

What You Will Need:

Basics:

Knowledge in Cloud or Vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, IP, MQTT, LIN).
CAN/LIN Tools (Vector, Intrepid, etc.).
NI HiL Tools (TestStand, VeriStand).
Matlab/Simulink Simulation experience.
Testing Techniques.
Agile/Scrum testing methodologies.
Test Bench/HW SW troubleshooting.
Knowledge in requirements management tools is a plus (Polarion, JIRA, VSEM, Doors).

Preferred:

Experience on Infotainment, Connectivity or Driver information testing.
Basic understanding of the V model process.
Python experience.
ISTQB.
