Customer Support Representative - Hermosillo, México - Intugo

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer, technical, and billing support calls
- Troubleshoot technical issues and submit trouble tickets
- Effectively communicate resolutions to customers (oral and written)
- Make outbound calls to businesses or private individuals occasionally
- Assist with heavy data entry
- Provide assistance to the direct supervisor
- Perform other general office duties as assigned
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Possess strong technical background, including troubleshooting skills
- Be able to explain very technical concepts in layman's terms
- Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance while remaining calm and focused
- Have experience in operating a ticketbased support system
- Have administration experience with either Linux or Microsoft Windows
- Have demonstrated experience in working directly with customers in a non
- Be familiar with Windows environment
- Be familiar with remote desktop connection, task scheduler, and services
- Possess a degree in or currently pursuing a Computer Science, Information Science, or Technology major or related degree/major
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Possess familiarity with Mac OS environment (a plus but not needed)
- Have experience with remote connection tools (e.g., LogMeIn, WebEx, )
- Have technical writing experience
- Possess various database technology skills (such as MS SQL Server) a plus
- Have security and networking experience a plus
- Possess Salesforce and JIRA experience, a big plus
Salary:
From $11,000.00 per month
