The position and your daily adventures:

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 2-3 times a week.

What you can expect:

Participate in code review to learn from others and to teach them as well.
Prioritize work effectively by understanding dependencies, impact, and schedules.
Act as an owner for DBT infra by being the main point of contact for support, understanding, and questions.
Write correct, efficient, clean, robust code and maintainable DBT models.
Create designs for DTB and ETL models of high complexity, take abstract problems and break them down into achievable, testable and efficient parts.

You and your assets:

What we are looking for:

Experience managing Analytics Engineers of mixed levels from junior to senior including delivering feedback, arbitration, evaluation, and mentorship.
Very strong writing skills as well as techniques for rapidly documenting and altering algorithms, data structures, and requirements.
At least 5 years of experience with several of the following development technologies: SQL, DTB, Redshift or other relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

4 years of experience on SQL and Python

- at least 2 years of experience on DBT

3 years of experience with infrastructure technologies like AWS
English & Spanish language skills.
