Main Responsabilities

Planning, execute and improve the recruitment process, analyzing the specific needs of each business area to ensure the incorporation of the best Talent and in accordance with the Chubb Culture and guaranteeing the fulfillment of recruitment metrics and objectives.

Create strategic links with Educational Institutions, Government Agencies, NGOs and Private Companies in the Financial sector, such as Job Fairs, Congresses, Exchange Forums, etc.

that allow expanding the network of contacts and sources of recruitment.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Human Resources, Administration, Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, or other related Degree
Fully Bilingual
Excell advanced

4-5 years as Talent Attraction Specialist
