Responsibilities:


  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and suppliers in the Americas.
  • A key contributor to the execution of the Divisional Compliance Plan and participate in compliance reviews, audits, and KPI checks.
  • Assist in the management of approved third parties, including drafting agent and distributor contracts, conducting compliance interviews/training, and review of due diligence materials.
  • Support the Company's HR function on various employment law issues, as needed.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain Company corporate governance documents.
  • Provide litigation support as necessary and work with external counsel as directed by management.
Qualifications and


Required Skills:

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials

Practicing attorney with 0-2 years experience in general corporate and/or commercial work at a law firm, corporation, or combination of both. In-house experience is desirable but is not required.

Having a Visa is a must

  • Business and/or finance/accounting experience (strongly preferred).

Pay:
$25, $30,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Querétaro, Qro: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

Staff Counsel: 1 year (required)


Language:


  • English (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (required)
