As a SCRUM MASTER, you will be part of the PPG Automotive Refinish global IT team and will be primarily located at PPG's global business services center in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to communicate with all management levels
Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
Work closely with your customers and your team.
Actively participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice by sharing experiences and/or demonstrating techniques to advance maturity to the community.
Introduces new and advanced practices to improve the team and their delivery throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

Qualifications

Fouryear degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related field or equivalent experience or equivalent technical training
7+ years direct experience in working in an agile methodology as a Scrum Master or Agile team member
Advanced English
Proven ability leading, building, and developing across development teams to deliver successful solutions.
Extensive analytical abilities to isolate problems and fix immediate needs
Outstanding planning, under pressure organizing, and defining skills.
