Responsibilities:

What will you be doing?

PepsiCo's Digital Evolution of Laboratory Transactions and Analytics(DELTA) program is a multi-year initiative to elevate PepsiCo R&D'scapability to digitize R&D Laboratory Operations and Analytics, beinga key piece of the vision of Lab of the Future making each data pointcounts.

The vision of the program is to harmonize BusinessProcesses around the Labs globaly and standardize the LaboratoryInformation Management System (LIMS) by building a new robutsplatform based on LabVantage Products that are LIMS leaders in theMarket, and as the functionaity of LabVantage is extended to achieve the objective of harmonized business procesess, it is going to allow todecommision the current non standardize legacy LIMS systems livingaround the world.

The Sr.

Manager for IT DevSecOps for Global R&D Labs is primarilyresponsible for the end to end delivery of R&D Global LabVantageLIMS platform leveraging PepsiCo project management lifecyclemethodologies (agile) and best practices.

The Sr. Manager will lead ateam of employees and vendors' resources to deliver and sustain thisEnterprise Solution.

Project delivery manager will work closely withbusiness partners, enterprise architects, vendors and partner withother Enterprise Solution, CTO, InfoSec and other IT teams andleaders to ensure that LabVantage leverages best practices andstandards.

The DevSecOps Sr.

Manager will lead the delivery team in closepartnership with Global R&D business leaders to define andimplement new global R&D processes as part of the LIMSstandardization.

The program will leverage a "Out of the Box"approach to integrate LabVantage into PepsiCo to minimizecustomization and reduce long-term cost of ownership.

This role is accountable of the DevSecOps of main Labs Tools,leading a group of technical leads, PMs/Scrum Masters, vendors andcollaborating with R&D groups to define and mantain the processesaround the governance of the Change Requests and ContinousImprovement.

As part of the leadership skills the DevSecOps Sr.

Manager isaccountable of developing a group of 3 direct reports ensuring theyhave clear goals to achieve and have the required tools to executetheir work, as well as support them on their development plan.

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or equivalentexperience required
10+ years of related IT business work experience HIGH
5+ years of experience in project management and global solutiondelivery with experience managing large global teams HIGH
5+ years of service management experience working with largeintegration providers and account executives for software solutionproviders MEDIUM-HIGHF_
Experience in Delivery of big project HIGH
Experience in Release Management highly valued HIGH
Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery required MEDIUM-HIGHF_
