Job description

As a Project Quality Leader, you will closely follow-up on the implementation and development of the GM Program, 5 at that time in Ramos.

You will support the plant and report to the Quality Director Americas.

Your main missions will be:

To ensure that customer quality requirements are met and that the Part Submission Warrant is submitted to the customer
To ensure that the Customer Specific Requirements are well known within the project team and extended team
To be the first contact person for the customer in terms of followup and actions to be taken
To monitor the Quality Project status and escalate any risks in the project
To support the plant and the project organization to improve the process to secure launch and rampup

Profile
You are a highly motivated graduate from a recognized engineering school or university.

As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country).

You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership. You have knowledge in Mechanical Engineering and a customer-oriented way of thinking.

You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.

You are organized and capable of working in a moving and international environment.

Your English and Spanish are fluent.
