AIG operations team help to accompany our clients along the costumer journey.

We turn our clients' expectations into real policies, and we work closely with brokers and agents to properly understand the risks that our clients are exposed and cover them as soon as requested.

Also, we ensure coverage is ongoing with their respective payment.

How you will create an impact

We ́re going through a transformation process and we need you to make the difference.

A lot of processes are waiting to be improved with a fresh view and listen recommendations to perform faster and better, that ́s where you will come in.

As a lean navigator you ́ll have a training plan and a roadmap of processes to be analyzed and improved, but not everything is written in stone, we also want to hear your recommendations.

Bureaucracy? We don ́t want that for you, that ́s why you ́ll be reporting directly to the Mexico COO, also he ́ll be your coach and mentor along this journey
Get ready not only for be an ambassador of transformation, but also to boost your insurance-processes wisdom.

What you'll need to succeed

This role is for you if you ́re passionate about process improvement, you don ́t feel calmed if you can do something faster and better, you ask things twice ore more if necessary until you understand everything.

Exploring databases, having a lot of questions about it, present findings in graphics need to be fun for you.

We want to hear your experience improving processes, extra points if it has been in a financial company as a bank or insurance.

You ́re an Excel nature and you feel comfortable expressing your findings in a PowerPoint slide, also you ́re familiar with Microsoft tools like Word, Outlook and Teams.
