MAIN ACTIVITIES- Support the business with the requirement documentation to the VAT refund process.- Connecting with other departments to get the information required to present to the Tax Authority (i.e Hacienda)- Elaborate reports that are necessary to present the information to the VAT refund process- Assist in the analysis of tax documents with accuracy- Review the received reports/information from the other departments to provide the final documents to PwC- Provide dashboards and summaries of the VAT refund process to the leadership- Primary finance support for ad-hoc tax audits/reviews within region (Indirect & Direct)- Collaborate with finance and business operations personnel to resolve any problems related to the lack of the documents to the VAT refund process- Execute the wing-to-wing data collection process for the VAT refund- Accounting experience- Assistance in financial audits

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Ability to work with external auditors and tax advisors
Ability to influence teams while working remotely and without direct authority
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS- Comprehensive knowledge of the country tax system including the local documentation and filing requirements
