What you'll do?
Forecasting process
Improve & deliver base forecast to Market Units
Ensures final forecast submission by Market Units
Analyze demand. New product introductions and transitions and capture key deviations/risks
Sales trends. forecast deviation and specifics (relevant highlights) New product introductions and transitions plans
Provide supply guidance to Market
Consolidate supply plan (full horizon 18 months): all product categories
Identify supply risk ́s & opportunities
Ensure proper inventory deployment on market via cooperation with Finance
Market Inventory Targets setup
Leads signoff process between Market and Business Units SP
