We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
HR GBS EDM Regional Lead based in _Headquarters Office, Juarez City, Mex.

As HR GBS EDM Regional Lead you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a HR GBS Regional Director.


To be Successful in this rule you will need:

  • Education**:Bachelor's degree (Computer sciences/systems is an advantage)
  • At least 5 years of working experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of HR Systems: Kronos, SuccessFactors, or related.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership
  • Analytical mind and excellent problemsolving abilities


  • MS Office

  • Advanced
  • English: Proficient (B2+)

Additional requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of payroll management,
  • Proven record of projects related to Global Business Services,
  • Advanced
knowledge of management information process.

  • Knowledge of coordinating work groups (presential and remote)
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of legal legislation: IMSS, Infonavit, SAT,
