Customer facing
Primary responsibility:
Supply chain monitoring - support and communication- Tasks- Market exploration and new customer prospection in field- Price calculation and EBIT monitoring- Technical customer support- Technical supervision in customer sites (Fleets and OEM's)- Business case preparation and presentation- Communicating supply chain performance and production status to customer- Working with Bosch Plant logistics to understand status, ETA of materials, deliveries to customer, lead times, dealing with expedites, and lots of follow-up- Will be the interface of communication with the central office in Germany to enable new customers, new products and projects with the local customers- Requirements of position- Experience with customer communications- Ability to work in through critical topic, both internally and with customer- Ability to communicate clearly written and verbal- Detail oriented- Work well as a team- Customer service and urgency sense- Preferences- Electronic knowledge required- Desirable experience with infotainment systems (Radios, Monitors, microphones, etc)Qualifications
