We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a GCP Program Manager:

Job description:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Tech support team. Responsible for developing new strategies or processes to improve the Team performance.

Requirements:

Knowledge of all important Google and GCP Products is a MUST
Good understanding of GCP Tech support processes & tools is a MUST
Reviewing requirements of programs with the respective Program Managers
Coordination and communication with external community leaders, ensuring programs stay on track and documentation is updated
Regular syncing with Program Leads weekly or as required
Keep track of issues pertaining to programs handled
Coordinate travels for external guest based on program needs
Work with external agencies on event logistics
Program Coordination & Execution
Collect feedback, preparing and presenting insights and results to the Developer Relations team.
Serve as the primary eyes and ears for the startup community
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
This position is to work in a hybrid mode in Guadalajara
