Distributors, OEMs & Government Manager

PURPOSE


Create and strengthen strategic value-based relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Central Level of the main Public Healthcare Institutions & Distributors.

Play a pivotal role in developing and managing partnerships with OEMs & Distributors to fulfill the Public Tenders, fostering collaboration, and creating/implementing effective win-win-win strategies.


This strategic position is responsible for creating the conditions, systems, and internal capabilities to ensure that Bayer Radiology has the internal capacity to carry out tenders in direct coordination with OEMs.


Additionally, the role will involve leading and empowering a cross-functional squad, serving as the Visionary, Architect, Coach, and Catalyst (VACC) to foster a culture of self-empowerment, innovation, and collaboration within the teams and across the organization.


  • Major tasks and responsibilities of position_

OEMs, Distributor & Government Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers, Distributors & Government main stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with OEM, Distributor & Government strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and address any issues to optimize profitability & efficiency.

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify and evaluate potential OEMs and Distributors to expand the company's network, with specific focus on Government business.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to establish mutually beneficial longterm partnerships (Joint Business Plans).
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and excess inventory to secure the supply of Radiology Portfolio for OEMs & Distributors.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and OEMs/Distributors.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, updates, and communication channels to ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, clinical, medical, and regulatory teams, to address crossfunctional requirements.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market changes that may impact OEM and Distributor relationships.

Marketing Activation:

  • Ensure the implementation of marketing activations with customers. Ensure the effectiveness of new product launches and coordinate promotional activities in alignment with squad goals.
  • Ensure that OEMs, Distributors and main healthcare public institutions know the Radiology Bayer portfolio in detail.
  • Ensure the end-to-end implementation of the strategy
  • Owning endtoend responsibility to ensure the implementation of the streamlined and focused account strategy (OEMs-DistributorsGovernment).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in Radiology or OEM business
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Analytical.
  • Strong negotiation and management skills.
  • Political seniority
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • English is a plus.
