Kech Development is a New York City based real estate development company and we are setting up a satellite office in Mexico City for our expansion.

We are looking for a bright, driven and savvy Analyst.

This individual has to have a dynamic personality with the ability to inspire confidence in senior leadership with whom she / he will interact with.

In addition, strong oral and written communication skills, strong presentation and listening skills are pluses. Ability to professionally and diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and applicants is an absolute necessity.

Full knowledge of computer systems including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook

Responsibilities:

Manage constantly growing and changing interview / intern calendar

Initiate and manage full-cycle communication

Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

Exceptional writing and communication skills

Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams

Ability to maintain composure and character in high-pressure situations

Mature, logical, strategic, polished, nuanced, quick-learner individuals
