You will be responsible for Comply with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and equipment through the administration and supervision of maintenance personnel.


Your task will be

  • Develop preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop special projects to reduce machinery downtime, quality problems and increase productivity.
  • Develop training programs for maintenance technicians and sewing mechanics.
  • Have and maintain the machinery in optimum operating conditions.
  • Ability to manage technical personnel in different areas (Building, compressors, climates and equipment)
  • Management capacity for the implementation of the LOCKOUT protocol in moving equipment, robots, energized systems and pressure vessels).
  • Comply with and enforce safety rules at the plant, as well as ISO14001 and IATF16949 standards, as well as legal and regulatory standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer
  • Intermediate English.
- +5 years in a similar position with experience in plastic and foam molding (polyethylene)

  • Extensive knowledge in high pressure pneumatic, hydraulic and control systems. Mastery of Office packages, mechanical design software and logical control systems (RS logix, solidworks, fluid sim). Understanding of control interfaces between equipment. (Visual Basic, TIA PORTAL, AB, ROBOTS, etc.)
  • Skills: leadership, teamwork, effective communication, analytical and focus to solutions.
