  • The Production Planner plays an instrumental role in the key planning process of the Company, namely Flow of Finished Goods. This position supports the stability of the daily operations and the availability of the Finished Good at the Distribution Center.

What your day will look like:

  • Make a detail Final Pack and Pre-Pack production plan accommodated by day and by machine considering the machine capacity available, labor available, materials feasibility, pre-pack change overs allowed by day, maintain the pre-pack inventory in a healthy range, building pre-pack load in balance based on the routings available.
  • Ensure the production plan is posted in SAP system and keep it updated.
  • Ensure the High-Risk SKUs are planned according to the security guidelines, in case to deviation inform to the partners involved.
  • Create/ adjust a production order based on the latest changes driven by the materials feasibility process.
  • Follow the Final pack plan accomplishment released in the prev. week, in case of deviation request actions.
  • Actively participate in LCI and IMS activities in the area.

Are you up for the challenge?

  • Engineering preferred.
- +3 years of experience in production planning processes including Inventory Analysis.
- +1 year of experience using digital visualization tools such as Power BI or others.

  • Experience working with SAP and advanced Excel.
