The objective of this position is to support the client in managing Element's new vehicle portfolio in the purchasing process.

- Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and monitoring of the logistics of deliveries and request for insurance policies in Element (if applicable)
  • Vehicle search review customer requirements and search for vehicle in Element's supplier network or outside of it
  • Preparation of official documentation for the new vehicle purchase process
  • Tax validation of supplier invoices and creation of a digital folder for each unit purchased
  • Build and sustain effective communication with all areas of the company to achieve the objectives and satisfaction of our customers.
  • Constant communication with the sales and sourcing area to meet customer requirements
  • About you:
  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Accounting or related
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or administrative activities related to car leasing or financial services
  • English 60%
  • Strict control in physical and digital documentation
  • Proficiency in analysis and problem solving
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Effective communication
  • High sense of urgency and customer service
  • Work under pressure, prioritization skills and teamwork
  • Proactivity to execute the processes
  • Negotiation skills
