The
Global Trainee Program is an intensive two-year program that supports the development of
promising professionals with the potential to become future leaders in Tenaris.

A Global Trainee will build expertise, engage with colleagues around the world, and demonstrate performance while learning about Tenaris's culture and industrial heritage leaving them prepared to take the next steps in their career.


Contributes to the Communications department while he/she learns, trains, and improves skills in that particular area in order to gain a profound understanding of processes, products, and services.


Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, marketing, adminsitration or related discipline.

Responsabilities

  • Partners with regional leadership to develop and execute strategic communications plans; shaping the message that supports the communications strategy
  • Works with members of regional communications team and other departments to identify initiatives requiring internal communication support.
  • Interacts with members of Communication corporate team customizing global content to local needs.
  • Provides strategic communication direction to internal clients using the most effective and efficient communications processes and technology.
  • Develops content in support of communications activities and projects, global and local/regional (including articles, brochures, videos and multimedia, social media, digital signage).
  • Assist in the planning of employee events from concept to completion (including employee townhalls, webcasts, family days and other internal events).
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with employees and management in support of internal communications strategy.

Skills

  • High level of English (written and oral)
  • Demonstrated strong writing and editing skills. Please be prepared to provide writing samples.
