TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies.

They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.


What your background should look like:


ACTIVITIES:


  • Followup and support to the compliance of lean manufacturing tools.
  • Daily metrics analysis for the implementation of new projects.


Implement and support the transformation within the assigned value stream as well as support in the rest of the value streams.- Evaluate and record savings projects linked to kaizen.


  • Follow up on continuous improvement projects.
  • Verify compliance with lean manufacturing tools.
  • Leading and monitoring of savings projects linked to kaizen.
  • Training and choaching in the different lean manufacturing tools.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of Ergonomics
  • Financial skills
  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • SAP knowledge would be a plus
