Job Summary
Reporting to Director of Function Communications, the HR Internal Communications & Operations Specialist will partner closely with the HR Communications and Culture Communication leads to support internal communications for global HR programs.
Always ensuring alignment with and support of our business priorities, culture and values, this role will play a key role in delivery of communications for Flex learning and development, performance management and talent review programs to name a few.
With a focus on implementation and analytics, this role is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong writing, multi-media and project management skills to make an impact across multiple areas of the business and help operationalize HR Communications while growing their communications skills at a large, global Fortune 500 organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- Support global communication initiatives for HR programs, such as talent management, benefits, learning and development.
- Assist the team by creating and publishing quality content for strategic blogs, webinars, townhalls, etc.
- Serve as a project coordinator for key HR campaigns by managing timelines, collaboration tools, etc.
- Support the Director, Function Communications in efforts to streamline operations of the team (document processes, data collection, consolidating information and feedback, etc.)
- Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to achieve the team's objectives.
- Prepare reports and share insights, recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and training in Human Resources related.
- Fluency in English (writing samples will be requested)
- Knowledge of AP Style, strong writing and editing skills
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
